Membership in the tea house: the subscription, changes, and what the box is.
The subscription
A plan bills through Airwallex in the currency you choose at checkout. Monthly plans renew each month. Prepaid plans take one payment and schedule one box for each month they cover. Prices on the site are the amounts stored for that currency.
Changes and cancel
You can change the card, switch plan, or cancel on the member desk. Airwallex Billing has no pause. Canceling stops future renewals. A box already handed to the courier still travels. Cancel now does not refund the current period.
The product
Boxes are food. The tea house does not promise a particular effect. Ingredients can change with the season and are listed on the box page when that month is published.
Accounts
You are responsible for the email on the account and for the address you give us. Points have no cash value. Tiers follow the tea house's rules at the time we calculate them.
Liability
Once a box is with the courier, delay and duty are outside the tea house, except where the law where you live says otherwise.
