Privacy
What the tea house keeps, who else handles it, and how to take your data with you.

What we store
Account email and name, birthday if you add one, shipping addresses, subscription status mirrored from Airwallex, invoices, shipments, a points ledger, referrals, and reviews. Airwallex stores the card. We store the billing customer id, not the card number.
Why
To send the box, keep the membership, calculate tiers and points, and answer you. Marketing mail is sent only if you opt in.
Processors
Supabase holds the database and sign-in. Airwallex handles payment. Cloudflare hosts the site. Mail is sent by the tea house's email provider.
Cookies
Essential cookies remember your session, language, currency, referral code, and this choice. We do not use analytics cookies.
Export and deletion
Signed-in members can download their data or delete the account. Deletion removes the profile and asks Airwallex to cancel the subscription without refunding the current period. We keep a note of the time, and whether the account was exported or deleted.
Transfers
The host and the database may sit outside your country.
Chaju teas are foods, meant to be enjoyed as a daily cup. They are not medicine and not medical advice, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication, ask your doctor before drinking herbal infusions.
