茶橘先生Chaju Tea House

Twenty-four solar terms, twelve boxes

A cup for the turning of the year.

Mr. Chaju, an orange tabby in a scholar's blue robe, packs a small box of herbal teas each month. The blend follows the solar term that is opening — chenpi and red dates when the frost arrives, something lighter when the rain does.

How a year with the tea house goes

One shipment a month. The story of every solar term stays on the calendar, even in the months we pack for the term next door.

  1. 01

    We follow the calendar

Each box is themed to the solar term unfolding when it ships. The journal keeps the other terms company.

  2. 02

    You choose a cadence

Monthly, a three-month season, or a full year paid once. Cancel, or change the card, from the member desk.

  3. 03

    It leaves the tea house

We pack in the ship window and hand the box to a courier. Duties, if a border asks for them, are settled locally.

Three ways to stay

Prices follow the currency you choose. Checkout charges that currency when an Airwallex price is connected.

The twenty-four terms

A Chinese calendar of seasons, older than the tea house and much more precise than 'spring'.

Mr. Chaju

The keeper of the house

Mr. Chaju minds the kettle, the ledger, and a slightly crooked blue cap. The robe is the color of a clear day over the river.

Leaf

The monthly box, a short note with each term, and a point for every dollar.

Blossom

After three months or 150 dollars, the brewing journal for each box and a higher point multiplier.

Golden Peel

After a year or 400 dollars, the full journal, including films from the tea house.
