Questions from the counter
What is in a box?
A few small tins of herbal tea or flavored tea, themed to the solar term, plus a short card. The current box page lists every blend and how to brew it.
When does it ship?
Inside the ship window shown on the box. The first box of a new membership leaves after the invoice is paid. Prepaid plans schedule the later months on the 7th.
Where do you ship?
Only to the countries on the shipping page. The tea house can open or close a country on that list.
Can I pause or cancel?
You can cancel at the end of the period, cancel now, change plan, or update the card on the member desk. Airwallex Billing has no pause, so there is no pause button.
What about customs?
Cross-border parcels can be asked for duty or tax on delivery. Those charges are set by the destination, not by the tea house, and they are paid by the person receiving the box.
Allergens?
Tins can include citrus peel, flowers, grains, and dried fruit. Each blend lists its ingredients. Read them if you avoid any of those.
Is this a supplement?
No. These are foods: tea and herbal infusions for an ordinary cup. Read the note in the footer, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking something a doctor has asked you to be careful with.
How do points and tiers work?
You earn points from paid invoices, a friend's first payment, your birthday, and a published note about a box. The tea house sets the rules and the tier thresholds. Points can become a credit on the next invoice, or an extra sachet. There is no code to type.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. The member desk exports a JSON file of your profile, addresses, subscription, invoices, shipments, points, and referrals. You can also delete the account there.
