We ship the monthly box to the countries below. If yours is missing, write to the tea house before you subscribe.

Transit

After a box leaves the fulfillment partner, travel is usually 7–14 days. Remote addresses take longer. You will see a tracking number on the member desk when the parcel is marked shipped.

Duties

International parcels may be stopped for duty or tax. That amount is decided locally and collected by the courier. It is not part of the subscription price.

Returns

Tea is a food. If a tin arrives damaged or the box is wrong, write within 14 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund that shipment. We cannot accept opened tins back across a border. Cancel anytime; a period already paid is not refunded once the box has been packed, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

Addresses

Save a shipping address in an allowed country before you subscribe. Airwallex collects the card and a billing address. We copy your default address onto the shipment when the invoice is paid.
